The NBA announced on Tuesday that the 3-Point Shootout and Dunk Contest won’t be the only competitive events showcased this year in Phoenix before the All-Star Game. During Right Guard’s first-ever NBA All-Star Block Party, a game of H-O-R-S-E will be played by three yet-to-be-named NBA participants.

The game will take place on a 45’ x 50’ court which will be positioned alongside an NBA on TNT Rig serving as the host set for a number of studio shows for both TNT and NBA TV throughout the weekend. Calling the action will be TNT’s own Eddie Johnson, Kenny “the Jet” Smith and Chris Webber.

There will be no dunking allowed in the competition and players will have 24 seconds to create and mimic shots. An NBA referee will also be on hand just to keep things honest.
